My goal is to help anyone that's wanting to improve his or her health. The ideal client is someone needing help with issues that are keeping one from living his or her best life. I am credentialed throughout the lifespan, from childhood to geriatrics. I have experience with numerous mental health issues, (i.e. anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship conflicts, sleep issues). I am empathetic and will work to build a therapeutic relationship with clients seeking compassionate, non-judgmental care, while managing symptoms to improve his or her quality of life. My goal for each client is to think better, feel better and to be better!
I enjoy treating whatever issues a client may be experiencing. I have experience in treating anxiety, depression, PTSD, and mood disorders utilizing a variety of treatment modalities. I also have experience working with adolescents with transitional, adjustment disorders as well as ADHD, depression and anxiety symptoms.
