Hi! I've been a nurse over 35 years, a Nurse Educator with over 25 years teaching. After retiring from nursing education, I now am a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. My goal for you is for you to think better, feel better, be better. I'll work with you to develop an individualized treatment plan with a holistic approach for healing. Some of these approaches may include medication management, behavioral modification, and therapy. Please allow me the opportunity to use my knowledge and expertise to assist you in improving your mental health, overcoming life's challenges and assisting you to live your best life.

My approach to providing care begins with meeting you where you are; having empathy while assessing and identifying areas of need. Building a therapeutic working relationship begins during the first session. I believe less is best when beginning medication, I prescribe according to FDA recommendations and follow safe practice.

With my education and experience, both personal and professionally, I am able to connect and provide care to a diverse group of people of all ages. I am a mother of four grown children and have eight grandchildren. I enjoy helping others reach their full potential and live his or her best life!
