I am here to offer ideas, suggestions, and options but the decision is up to my client as they know what will and will not work in their life. I believe that we all should feel content in our own skin and even those with mental illness can and should feel better!

I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I completed my education in both psychiatry and nursing education at Duke University. I have special interests in addiction, ketamine assisted therapy and trauma. At Cedar Oaks we use a collaborative approach and may suggest you also work with our health coach or recreation therapist

It is my goal to personally connect with my clients so that appointments with me are safe and comfortable. I may challenge you but I will always respect you as a person and understand that you are on a personal journey and I have the pleasure and honor of accompanying you and supporting you along the way.
