Hello, I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I support clients across the lifespan with concerns such as anxiety, depression, addiction, transitions, stress, and motivation for change. Using a person-centered and motivational interviewing approach, I help individuals build insight, strengthen coping skills, and work toward goals that align with their values.

Everyone goes through a period of trials and challenges which is where my services are helpful. I assist clients by educating about coping skills aimed to relieve stress and motivate them personally and professionally.

My services are informed by an understanding of the community and individual life experiences, with the goal of helping clients feel supported, empowered, and experience improved quality of life.
