Whether you are a parent concerned about your child who is struggling, or an adult working on their own challenges, I am here to provided a safe space to explore these issues with you and find the solutions that work for you. I have worked across a wide variety of clinical settings, age groups, and cultures and I have extensive training in the fields of psychiatry and trauma. I provide psychiatric evaluations and treatment including psychotherapy and medication management. I have a strong interest in psychodynamic psychotherapy and I am certified in Somatic Experiencing, which is a body based approach to resolving symptoms of trauma. I bring this holistic approach to addressing mental health disorders
