I’m a dual-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Family Nurse Practitioner. I’ve been practicing as an NP since 2013, and I believe mental health care works best when it looks at the whole person — not just a diagnosis or a prescription pad. I have a special interest in perimenopause and hormone-related mental health, perinatal mental health, and supporting adults with ADHD in addition (but not limited to) to anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, neuroimmune disorders, and bipolar disorder.
I’ve completed advanced training through Postpartum Support International and approach care in a way that’s collaborative, grounded, and highly personalized — think expert guidance without the stiff white-coat energy. I also continue trainings through the Integrative Psychiatry Institute to provide with holistic options for your care.
Originally from Texas, I moved to Colorado with my family in 2023 and feel most like myself outside — hiking local trails, cheering on my kids from the sidelines, baking sourdough, and attempting to keep a garden alive.
