As a dual board-certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I work with clients who are often feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or out of sync with the life they want to be living. Many of the people I work with are juggling careers, relationships, family, and health — and despite their best efforts, find themselves struggling with anxiety, depression, mood instability, or feeling disconnected from themselves.

I treat a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, insomnia, ADHD, OCD, and more. I have a special focus on women’s mental health, including perinatal and postpartum care, and offer unique insight for those facing stress or trauma from emergency or frontline work.
