I am passionate and compassionate about the care for addiction, medicine, and all mental health, and I know they go hand-in-hand, and I will treat you safely with medication and motivation. I am dedicated to treating the entire person, not just the one or two concerns that might lead you to seek help.
During our first session, we will review all of the required paperwork, and I will ensure you feel comfortable with me and my person. My goal is for this first session to feel comfortable and welcoming, even though there is a lot of paperwork and assessments that might need to be completed.
Coming from a personal and professional background in addiction and treatment, I understand how hard it can be to overcome these challenges. I promise to treat you with compassion and empathy and a complete lack of judgment and will encourage you to heal and recover through counseling and, when appropriate, medication.
