Before founding RRW, I spent several years working in top children’s hospitals including the outpatient psychiatry department at Nationwide Children’s Hospital and time at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia - where I specialized in child and adolescent behavioral health. Those experiences shaped my collaborative, family-centered approach that I continue to bring into my work today.
