Shannon Hummel builds therapeutic relationships in a holistic approach to treatment. Additionally, she practices evidenced-based medication management and brief supportive, solution focused psychotherapy. Shannon is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). She graduated from Brenau University with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
She earned a Master of Science in Nursing degree from Eastern Kentucky University. She is also a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, hiking, traveling, and spending time in the mountains with her family and her energetic Goldendoodle.
