With experience in treating both children and adults, I believe mental health is the foundation of an individual's over-all health. I focus on an integrative treatment approach with an emphasis on making life changes in addition to treatment with medication. I work with my clients to develop an understanding of their own unique stressors and pressure of everyday life in order to create a well-rounded treatment plan.
I feel effective psychiatry not only requires personalized care but also developing a long-lasting, trusting, and respectful relationship. I treat a wide range of mental health conditions and specialize in Anxiety Disorders, Mood Disorders, and Autism Spectrum Disorders.
To persevere is to have the persistence to achieve success despite obstacles and challenges- I strive to work with my patients to have them face these obstacles head on. Telepsychiatry available.
