I work with people/clients who have mood and anxiety disorders as well as ADHD. Clients are interested in comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis and ensuing treatment. I am skillful at prescribing medications, I have an understanding of how medications work, and what they cannot do. I can work with children and adolescents, and would want to make sure that I could offer the support needed. I am conservative with controlled substances. If you have any questions regarding your diagnosis, medications, how to take them etc, I am here to provide answers. I will make sure that all of your questions are answered at each appointment.
I am able to work with people experiencing anxiety disorders, mood disorders (including perinatal mood disorders), trauma related disorders. I am able to prescribe medication and do some psychotherapy including EMDR. I am comfortable working with first responders, medical personnel and survivors of abuse. I am comfortable working with grief and loss.
