I am a dual-certified psychiatric and family nurse practitioner: I diagnose, prescribe, and utilize therapy for mental health conditions and medical conditions. A diagnosis or symptoms helps us to figure out a plan together, but it is NOT who you are.( Yeah, I know you heard that before, but it’s true!).
