My name is Fidelia Nnachetam, l am a Board Certified Nurser Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I am qualified to practice both primary care and psychiatric. I diagnose, treat, and prescribe medications for children, adolescents, and adults. Some of my practice specialists: Depression, Schizophrenia, Bipolar, Anxiety, ADHD, Panic Attacks and Substance Abuse. Mental illness is nothing to be ashamed of, It is treatable by prescribing up-to-date psychiatric medications. Our treatment is via telehealth so the client can share their experiences in the comfort of their own home. We are available 7 days a week.
I help my clients by assisting them to understand their disease process, encouraging them that they are not alone, and providing them a healthy outlet to share. I will help alleviate their pain by providing all the necessary information, tools,and support. I provide both telehealth and house calls. I will be available to answer their calls and support them.
I am an empathetic, loving person who understands all walks of life, both young and old. My practice is well known in the community. I provide services to both insured and uninsured alike. Our office is open five days a week, but I am always personally here for you in crisis, and to guide you on where to get help immediately and other community resources.
