He has additional, specialized training in diagnostics and has been asked to testify in a number of high profile court cases in recognition of his training and background. As a medical doctor and psychiatrist who provides sophisticated psychotherapy, Dr. Welch provides the highest level of diagnostic skills and medication expertise to patients who he comes to know quite well. A patient's privacy is considered to be extremely important and is carefully protected.

Dr. Varshney is Board Certified in General Psychiatry, Addiction Medicine and Forensic Psychiatry. Dr. Varshney was born and raised in Sikkim, India. She graduated from Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College, where she obtained her Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree. Dr. Varshney completed her residency in psychiatry at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine/ Elmhurst Hospital Center, in New York City. She then went on to complete a fellowship in forensic psychiatry at the University of Massachusetts Medical School Worcester, Massachusetts, Department of Law and Psychiatry.
