I offer medications and psychotherapy for adults with a focus on making psychiatry accessible, convenient, and affordable via telehealth. I believe strongly in partnering with my patients and supporting their treatment decisions to the fullest extent possible. I am a dual certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and Women's Health Nurse Practitioner. I have been in practice since 2011. I work with children, adolescents and adults and offer medication management services as well as therapy. My focus is working with attention deficit disorder (ADD/ADHD), depression, anxiety, mood disorders and other behavioral conditions. I am also uniquely specialized to treat women during pregnancy, postpartum and pre-menopausal stages. I have 2 in-person office locations in the Denver area and also conduct visits via telemedicine.

I am an adult psychiatrist, providing both psychotherapy and medication management for patients with a wide variety of psychiatric disorders including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, substance abuse disorders, trauma-related disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, panic disorder, attention deficit disorders, and others. I practice evidence based conventional medication management but am complementary-medicine and alternative-medicine friendly. I will take patients who work with other psychotherapists and are in need of medication management alone, or am able to provide both services.

I currently consult other practices and speak professionally on psychiatric medication and therapy topics throughout the country. I supervise and collaborate with our clinicians at Balanced Mental Wellness, ensuring that all clients receive the highest standard of care from a holistic and patient centered perspective.
