I am a fervent advocate for Integrative Psychiatry and psychotherapy. I am dedicated to nurturing whole-body health and well-being in my patients. I was born in Long Beach, California, where I was raised by immigrant parents from Mexico, instilling in me a profound appreciation for the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. My path in mental health unfolded through a residency in Psychiatry at Loma Linda University, where I delved into the transformative power of holistic healing.

I have built my practice over the years on the “3 Cs”, Compassionate, Conservative and Collaborative Care. I strive to deliver compassionate care to ensure that my patients feel and know that they are heard. I always practice conservatively to ensure the patient is comfortable, safe and to avoid creating any substance dependency. Lastly, I believe in collaborating with my patient to ensure that they are participating in their own treatment plan.
