I am a psychiatrist who deeply believes in the importance of quality of life. Living with a healthy quality of life seems simple but is actually very challenging. Given the complex nature of romantic relationships, family/friend relationships, work stress, vocational aspirations, financial stress, life changes, and decision-making, just to name a few examples, difficult emotions seem natural. Such emotions can include anxiety, sadness, anger, regret, rage, loneliness, boredom, irritability, frustration, and disappointment. I am naturally an empathic person, and having studied, trained, and graduated from Harvard, Yale, and Cornell, I am a dedicated psychiatrist who desires to, and is trained to, help you.
My approach involves listening to you and developing a rapport that allows us a deeper understanding of your struggles. By talking together about what's on your mind, we can figure out what is underlying these current feelings. I believe the more insight one can gain, the better one's quality of life will be.
