I am a Board Certified Psychiatrist who is also an experienced therapist. I provide care that integrates psychotherapy with medication for adults with anxiety and depression. Most of my patients meet with me once or twice a week for several months to many years. About half use medication. I have been practicing psychiatry and psychotherapy since 1998. I attended Mayo Medical School and trained in Adult Psychiatry at The Cambridge Hospital of Harvard Medical School. I completed a four-year fellowship in Advanced Psychiatry at Austen Riggs Center.
