In these challenging times, individuals and families are confronted with many stressful and difficult life issues. My focus in providing care is holistic; identifying aspects of an individual's life that are physical, psychological, emotional, environmental, and spiritual that require attention in order to restore mental health and wellness.
I am licensed and board certified as a Family Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to prescribe medications to treat a wide range of mental/emotional disorders for primarily adolescents and adults. I collaborate routinely with a psychiatrist to ensure that the care my patients receive is of the highest quality and meets current medical standards.
I have forty plus years caring for patients across the life spectrum in a variety of settings. I am able to successfully collaborate with health care professionals at all levels to assure safe, effective, appropriate care for patients.
