My name is Jordan Young and I am the owner of Set Point Health. I am a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with experience across outpatient pediatric care, inpatient psychiatry, and residential treatment settings. That background shaped the way I practice. I value safety, structure, and collaboration, but I also value humanity.
I work with children, adolescents, and young adults who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in depression, frustrated by attention and focus challenges, or unsure how to regulate big emotions. I also work closely with parents who want clarity, guidance, and a thoughtful plan forward.
I integrate evidence-based medication management with therapeutic support and practical coping strategies. Whether we are addressing ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood instability, or behavioral dysregulation, treatment is individualized and developmentally informed.
