I am a South Florida native, returning after completing my residency program at Loyola University Medical Center in Chicago. Despite my fondness for the Windy City, I am thrilled to be back home, closer to family and the warmth of the Florida sun. As an psychiatrist my goal is to improve quality of life and wellbeing by empowering you. I see all adult patients with special training in women’s mental health and integrative medicine. At Boca Raton, Delray Beach and Lake Worth Psychiatry, we work as a collaborative team amongst Psychiatrists, Therapists and Psychologists for your mental health.
I have seen women through the perinatal and postpartum periods which I truly enjoy. I also love to incorporate mindfulness, breathwork, and other holistic modalities into my approach to patient care. Outside of work, I am either diving into the pages of a new book, spiking volleyballs on the beach or cuddling up with my adorable pet rabbit.
