About

Do thoughts get stuck in your brain and its hard to get them to stop? Sometimes the worries lead to actions that keep repeating for no good reason but it may feel like it is preventing something bad from happening. Sometimes the actions repeat until "I feel just right."
I have been specializing in helping people with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Tourette Syndrome, hair pulling and skin picking since 2006. Boruch H', I have been able to help an estimate of over one thousand clients improve, with either therapy, medication or both.
You are not alone. One out of 50 people has OCD. It can feel isolating and awkward to talk about, but it is actually quite a common condition. There is hope and help is available. Sunday teletherapy appointments available.
