Dr. Harmon is board certified in Adult and Child & Adolescent Psychiatry. Prior to his career in medicine, Dr. Harmon was a pastor in the Presbyterian Church for over a decade. He earned a Master's in Divinity from Reformed Theological Seminary in Orlando, Florida, a Doctorate of Ministry from Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, California, and his MD from the Medical University of South Carolina. He enjoys working with both children and adults and is passionate about helping his patients find balance in the biological, psychological, and spiritual aspects of life.

Hello there! I'm Kara Tarr, a dedicated mental health professional with over 15 years of varied medical experience. My journey in the medical field began with education as a cardiovascular perfusionist, armed with a Bachelors Degree in Biology. From there, I found my calling in nursing and earned a Bachelors degree in the field from Duquesne University, located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. My skills and knowledge have been put to test in a number of challenging environments including intensive care, surgery, and IT nursing.

With a unique perspective in treating patients, Demetris allows the patient to be the center and spokesperson of their own care. She understands wellness extends well beyond medical care but involves both the mind and body.
