Hello from Dawn Erlingson, PMHNP-BC. I have been working in the mental health field for over a decade and practicing as a PMHNP since 2020. I feel strongly that mental health treatment should be accessible and compassionate. I have created Seeds of Growth Psychiatric Services to provide just that service. I have experience in treating a wide range of mental health concerns including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, attention issues, and substance use disorders. Using a patient centered approach with evidence based practice, I strive to provide treatment that is right for you.
I provide medication evaluation and management for adolescents, adults, and older adults. I also provide psychotherapy using cognitive behavioral therapy, supportive therapy, and mindfulness therapy.
