We specialize in transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), esketamine (Spravato), electroconvulsive therapy (ECT), and other interventions for debilitating depression that has not improved with medications and psychotherapy.
Only 2/3 of patients with depression experience substantial relief of their symptoms with medications and therapy. Most of those recover in their first 2 antidepressant trials! For the other 1/3 - nearly 6 million Americans - TMS, esketamine, and other treatments offer a medical breakthrough, with nearly 90% improving with one of these options.
We do not tell patients that they are "out of options" or that they have "tried everything." The very best part of our work is being able to say to patients that there is hope - that there is a very high chance that they will get better.
