I have always been in awe of the human experience and the many paths we take through life. Many clients come to my practice feeling overwhelmed, unheard, or unsure about their mental health treatment. I believe care should feel personal, collaborative, and respectful. Together with my MA, we work to make communication, scheduling, medication needs, and ongoing care easier, while making sure each client feels heard, supported, and actively involved in their treatment.
As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and Clinical Nurse Specialist, I specialize in thoughtful, individualized medication management. I take time to understand the person behind the symptoms, while my years of studying and practicing Buddhist Psychology bring mindfulness, compassion, and curiosity to each interaction.
I have spent many years prescribing medications, but I have never lost sight of the person behind the symptoms.
