As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and a Certified Nurse Specialist, I have been trained not only in the medical aspect of mental health management, but also the psychotherapy aspect. I bring years of studying and practicing Buddhist Psychology and bring that to each moment.
I have spent many years prescribing medications, but have never lost sight of the fact that there is a wonderful person that I am journeying with and building a trusting relationship to head into their ‘neighborhood.’
