I’m Scarlett, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and dual-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. At CareStone Psychiatry & Wellness, I provide holistic, personalized psychiatric care that listens fully, collaborates with your family, school, and therapists when helpful, and treats the brain and body together. My goal is to help you or your child feel clear, balanced, and confident, while taking an active role in your care.

I provide strategic, conservative medication management, guided by labs, clinical data, and optional herbal, nutritional, or genetic-informed insights. When appropriate, I also help clients safely reduce medications, using medication as a tool—not the only solution. I specialize in anxiety, ADHD, OCD, depression, trauma, and hormone-related mood changes.

I provide care that respects your identity and culture, including neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ clients, and integrates mind-body tools, lifestyle guidance, and routines to support focus and emotional balance.
