We treat individuals with various mental health conditions including, anxiety disorders, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, post traumatic stress disorder, and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. The goal of my practice is to work collaboratively with clients and families to develop individualized treatment plans that improves social and occupational wellbeing.
The initial goal of my practice is to provide a safe space to express concerns. Building a therapeutic relationship is very important in my practice as it allows clients to understand that we are working together as a team. I treat mental health conditions across the all age groups from children to older adults.
