Everyone experiences mental health struggles at some point, and my goal as a psychiatric provider is to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered. I offer individualized, patient-centered psychiatric care with a focus on medication management as part of a comprehensive treatment plan tailored to your needs.
My work is grounded in a strengths-based, solution-focused framework. I collaborate closely with each patient to identify the most effective treatment strategies - including medication, therapy and lifestyle changes - to help them manage symptoms, build resilience, and regain control of their mental and emotional well-being.
I diagnose and treat anxiety, OCD, phobias, depression, bipolar disorder, ADHD, PTSD, and substance use disorders.
