Hi My name is Saskia Matthews and I'm a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner My focus is to make sure people feel supported and heard when making decisions regarding their psychiatric medications and general mental health. I believe everyone has mental health needs and my goal is to reduce stigma associated with mental illness and to improve access to care to help people achieve a better quality of life. I grew up in Baltimore County and have also lived in Washington DC, Alexandria VA and Boston, MA. In my spare time I love to go running with my rescue pitbull and volunteer at a local animal rescue.
