I’m Sasha, a Board-Certified Adult and Adolescent Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 10 years of experience in Health Care. I am dedicated to helping individuals in New York combat mental health issues. I see clients from ages 13-65.

I am deeply committed to helping individuals and bring empathy and understanding to my patients. I strive to make them feel seen and heard while guiding them toward their highest potential. Taking a holistic approach, I diagnose and treat disorders such as depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, Self-esteem issues and weight loss.

I completed my Master’s in Psychiatry and Mental Health at Frontier Nursing University in Versailles, Kentucky. I am also a Certified Perinatal Mental Health Professional (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, including postpartum depression and anxiety.
