Thanks for reading this. I am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner who
works with clients ages 8 to 80 struggling with depression, anxiety, ADHD, substance abuse and other issues. For some clients, I provide both therapy and medication management; for other clients, I work with their therapists to optimize their medications. I help clients to find stability and reduce suffering. LGBTQ-allied and polyamory-informed.
I have worked with clients in a broad range of settings, from inpatient child/adolescent to private practice with working professional adults. I have assisted clients with a number of issues, including ADHD, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, OCD, PTSD, BPD, psychotic disorders and eating disorders.
I have experience working with co-existing medical issues and eating disorders. I have experience working with clients who are sensitive to the side effects of medicines. My background in Naturopathic Medicine also enables me to assist clients who are interested in natural treatments for mental health issues, in addition to or instead of medications.
