Instead of avoiding your life, you will learn to accept and tolerate your emotions and get back to doing the things that are meaningful for you.
We will start by discussing your symptoms and problems and devise a plan that may include therapy, medication and other evidence-based strategies that can aid in recovery and healing. I see patients routinely for medication management and psychotherapy guided by the Unified Protocol for Emotional Disorders.
