I'm a board-certified PMHNP with 13 years of clinical experience — a decade in primary care, 7 years in corrections, and earlier work as an EMT. I provide medication management for teens (13+), adults, and seniors, treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, uncomplicated bipolar, PTSD, sleep, stress, and perinatal mood concerns — with a whole-person lens.
