Hello! I specialize in women’s mental health, focusing on hormone-related concerns such as PMDD, infertility, loss, pregnancy, postpartum, and perimenopause. Combining my background as a Certified Nurse-Midwife (CNM) and Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), I offer a compassionate, holistic approach tailored to each woman's unique experience. I am dedicated to helping women navigate these significant life transitions and hormonal challenges with understanding, support, and effective strategies. If you're seeking expert guidance and empathetic care, I’m here to support you on your journey to wellness.
I offer both psychotherapy and medication management. After your initial evaluation (60-90 minutes), we will work together to identify the best treatment options for you. As a medication provider, my clients often choose a combination of medication and therapy.
Note: I do not offer hormone therapy at this time.
