I'm the owner and founder of Northeast Psychiatry P.C., where I work with adults facing a wide range of psychiatric conditions including mood disorders, anxiety/OCD and trauma symptoms. I bring 12+ years of diverse clinical experience across several renowned institutions, including Mount Sinai’s Main Campus, Mount Sinai Beth Israel, Queens Hospital, Elmhurst Hospital, and Bronx Lebanon Hospital. I have treated individuals in high acuity settings such as the Comprehensive Psychiatric Emergency Program (CPEP), as well as in inpatient units, outpatient clinics, as well as telepsychiatry.

As the daughter of first-generation Asian immigrants with a family history of mental illness, I saw how emotional struggles were often carried silently due to stigma and lack of understanding. Those experiences shaped my passion for psychiatry and my commitment to creating a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space.

Outside of work, I’m a wife and mom to a busy toddler, so most days include playgrounds, cartoons/children’s activities while balancing the demands of career and family. Those experiences have deepened my understanding of how challenging and fast-paced life can be, which is why I offer flexible evening and weekend appointments to make care more accessible.
