I am a Psychiatric–Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) offering psychiatric medication management for children (ages 6+), adolescents, and adults.
I work with individuals navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, mood instability, ADHD, and other mental health challenges. My role is to help explore what may be contributing to how you’re feeling and functioning, and to thoughtfully guide medication decisions when they are part of care. I often work with individuals who have tried medications in the past and want a more intentional, individualized approach.
I aim to provide care that is collaborative, thoughtful, and not rushed. I come from a nursing background and take a holistic approach to treatment. While my practice focuses on medication management, I strongly value the role of psychotherapy and am happy to collaborate with existing therapists or offer referrals when appropriate.
I am currently accepting new patients for medication management (I am not accepting new psychotherapy clients at this time).
