I am a Board Certified Psychiatrist who specializes in quality, patient-centered psychiatry and psychotherapy. I provide a caring, empathetic treatment environment and do my best to support and empower each of my patients to make the most informed choices about their health. My whole-person approach respects that the mind and body are intimately connected and that health and wellness are complex issues. I have experience treating a wide variety of chronic and complex mental health conditions. People of all backgrounds and perspectives are welcome in my practice.
My focus is on treating the underlying causes of illness and on promoting long-term wellness for my patients. I am often able to provide a fresh perspective on troubling patterns of behavior or chronic symptoms. I draw from a wide array of traditional and alternative healing arts and work to promote the mind's and body's natural healing abilities.
