I am a master’s-prepared, board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner providing comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and individualized treatment for adults. My clinical focus includes ADHD, depression, anxiety disorders, OCD, and mood disorders.
My approach is holistic, evidence-based, and individualized to each person’s unique needs and goals. I have completed specialized training in perinatal mental health for pregnancy, pregnant, or in the postpartum period. I am passionate about women’s mental health across the lifespan and support mental health concerns with PMS/PMDD, perimenopause/menopause
I provide trauma-informed, integrative care focusing on personalized treatment that address the whole person. It is truly a privilege to do this work.
