I provide compassionate, evidence-based care for individuals facing ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, grief, trauma, and identity concerns. My collaborative approach focuses on strengths, resilience, and developmentally appropriate strategies to help clients build skills, improve well-being, and achieve lasting growth.
