I am currently accepting new patients for Telehealth visits. I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) in the state of Oregon. I specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of mood and thought disorders, as well as ADHD. I work primarily with adults ages 18-65. I strive to blend my expertise with a patient's mental health goals, using a combination of medication & limited psychotherapy. I am passionate about providing trauma informed care.
I've spent the last 20 years working in a variety psychiatric positions including: in home care, hospital based psychiatry & residential treatment. I've maintained an RN license since 2009, and I have been a PMHNP-BC since 2016.
Through my years of experience, I have learned that developing a supportive patient provider rapport results in the best outcomes. It is my priority to build a strong working relationship based on care, trust, & collaboration.
