I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 2 years of experience. I specialize in helping adolescents and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, and life transitions. I work with clients seeking clarity, emotional balance, and healthier coping skills, and I partner with them to build confidence, resilience, and a renewed sense of self.

I earned my Master’s in Nursing from West Coast University. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and goal-focused.
