Welcome to my telepsychiatry practice. My virtual office is a safe space. The goal of our work together will be to enable you to achieve your best life possible. I specialize in the treatment of mood, anxiety, attention and eating disorders. I take a patient-centered approach to treatment. I offer a variety of evidence-based treatments including psychotherapy (cognitive behavioral, motivational interviewing, dialectical behavioral therapy, interpersonal therapy) and medication when appropriate.
I am a board-certified child, adolescent and adult psychiatrist. In addition to my clinical work, I also teach medical students and psychiatry residents at the University of Minnesota Medical Center. I trained in psychiatry at Harvard University and the National Institutes of Mental Health.
I love to travel and I am an avid reader. My therapeutic style is to be curious, non-judgmental and empathic. I look forward to hearing from you.
