My name is Sandrine Noutchia. I'm licensed in Maryland and the District of Columbia. My approach to mental healthcare is to focus on the whole person. I use a holistic approach by providing support that looks at the whole person, not just their mental health needs. The support I provide also considers their physical, emotional, social, and spiritual well-being. I work with many types of patients from the age of 13 + suffering from Depression, Anxiety, Psychotic Disorder, ADD/ADHD, Bipolar, and Dementia. However, I'm more comfortable treating patients suffering from anxiety, depression, bipolar and psychotic disorder.
I create a very good and positive environment to work with my patients. Most of my patients are always satisfied with me not just because they are feeling better about my medication recommendations but because I always make them smile no matter what they are going through. They always feel part of their weight off their shoulders after speaking with me
My approach with my patients setting goals is to set a few goals to avoid overwhelming them. Also, the goals that we set should be realizable, effective, and somehow challenging.
