Mental health care works best when you feel safe enough to be honest — and creating that space is my priority. As a psychiatric nurse practitioner, I work with people navigating anxiety, depression, and PTSD, drawing on clinical training and a genuine belief that healing is possible for everyone. I was drawn to psychiatry because I've seen firsthand how much compassionate, accessible care can change a person's path. I'll be direct with you, warm in my approach, and fully in your corner every step of the way. I offer evenings and weekends to make getting support a little easier.

I combine evidence-based medication management with genuine curiosity about who you are as a person. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all treatment — I take time to understand your full picture before we decide on next steps. Every plan we make is built together, because you're the expert on your own life.

Our first session is a conversation, not an evaluation. I'll ask about your history, your goals, and what's brought you here — and I'll listen more than I talk.
