I offer thoughtful medication management & supportive therapy to kids, teens, and adults living in Texas. My clients experience a range of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, ADHD and trauma-related disorders. As a Christian, Indian-American woman, mother, and LGBTQIA+ affirming provider with a foundation as a licensed professional counselor (LPC), I offer an inclusive perspective to my work so that your needs are understood and respected.

I provide psychiatric medication management and brief psychotherapy using an approach that's trauma-informed, culturally-sensitive and evidenced-based. My philosophy centers on a caring & collaborative relationship where we work as a team to address issues that hold you back from living fully. Sessions are offered in-office & via telehealth video calls.

I work with folks ages 6 and up. Whether you're new to mental health meds or this ain't your first rodeo, I'm here to support you.
