We often find ourselves stuck in certain patterns in our lives, feeling trapped in cycles of dissatisfying relationships and finding our work unfulfilling. I specialize in psychoanalysis and psychodynamic psychotherapy, which are especially suited to people who want to get to the root of long-term problems and patterns that continually crop up and get in the way of living a fulfilled life. As a trained psychiatrist, sometimes I will recommend medications that I believe will help you to make best use of therapy.
I am currently taking referrals and consultations for those interested in psychotherapy and offer medication management in the context of an ongoing therapy relationship.
