I'm a psychiatrist (MD) and my experience includes five years at one the largest university counseling centers in the country, private practice, community clinics, and working with veterans. What I offer: unhurried visits, thoughtful treatment discussions, collaboration, and a focus on meeting your personal goals. I'm well-informed about medications, as well as other options ranging from therapy to complementary/natural approaches. Please note: I am 'out-of-network' with insurances at this time.
I only offer telehealth at this time, which you may like for convenience and privacy. I offer early morning and evening appointments that can work for your schedule. Sessions are informed by sound therapy principles, self-activation techniques and healthy lifestyle education. I can also prescribe medicine when it's agreed upon as a helpful part of treatment.
